Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at returns@threadtheory.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or we sent you the incorrect item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at returns@threadtheory.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Items marked as final sale
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Items damaged by misuse
• Custom or personalized items
